you must first read, understand, and agree to abide by the PlanetVirtuel,
Internet Cybersociety Virtual Reality community Conduct and Content
guidelines; and furthermore, you must also understand the minimum system
requirements necessary in order to operate the Virtual Reality software (3d
browser) properly. After you have read and understood these guidelines,
terms and conditions; and if you agree to abide by them, just click
"I agree to the terms and conditions" to begin the PlanetVirtuel
Virtual Reality 3d browser download process.

BEFORE DOWNLOADING THE PLANETVIRTUEL VIRTUAL REALITY 3D BROWSER YOU MUST AGREE WITH AND ABIDE WITH THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS.
BY CLICKING ON THE "I AGREE WITH THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS" BUTTON, YOU ARE CONSENTING TO BE BOUND BY AND ARE
BECOMING A PARTY TO THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT CONTINUE THE BROWSER INSTALLATION PROCESS. IF THESE TERMS ARE CONSIDERED AN OFFER, ACCEPTANCE IS
EXPRESSLY LIMITED TO THESE TERMS.

GRANT.  Subject to the terms of this Agreement, PlanetVirtuel Studios
hereby grants you a limited, personal, nontransferable,
nonsublicensable, royalty-free, nonexclusive license to use one copy of the
Virtual Reality client software product you are about to install in object code form
("Software") for the purpose of accessing the PlanetVirtuel Virtual Reality community server and using
the PlanetVirtuel Virtual Reality software resident thereon ("Software").

You may:  copy the Virtual Reality Software for archival purposes, provided any copy must
contain all of the original Software's proprietary notices; you may use the Virtual Reality Software subject to the terms and conditions of this license.

You may not, directly or indirectly:  modify, translate, reverse engineer,
decompile, disassemble (except to the extent applicable laws specifically
prohibit such restriction), create derivative works based on, or otherwise
attempt to discover the source code or underlying ideas or algorithms of the
Virtual Reality Software; or copy (except for archival purposes as set forth
above), rent, lease, distribute, transfer or otherwise transfer rights to
Software; use the Software or Software for timesharing
or service bureau purposes; or remove any proprietary notices or labels on
the Virtual Reality Software.

SOFTWARE.  This license does not grant you any right to any enhancement or
update. Furthermore, this license does not grant you continued access to the
Virtual Reality Software or to the Virtual Reality community of PlanetVirtuel, Internet Cybersociety.

SUPPORT.  This Agreement does not entitle you to any maintenance, upgrades,
patches, enhancements, fixes, new versions or other support ("Support
Programs") for the Virtual Reality Software; provided, however, that if you
download or otherwise obtain in any manner any Support Programs they shall
become part of the Software and the terms of this Agreement shall apply.

TITLE.  As between the parties, title, ownership rights, and intellectual
property rights in and to the Virtual Reality Software, and any copies or
portions thereof, shall remain in AWLD and its suppliers or licensors. The
Software is protected by the copyright laws of the United
States and international copyright treaties. Title, ownership rights, and
intellectual property rights in and to any software, data, information,
text, pictures, images, avatars, characters, sounds, personalities, or other
content ("Content") accessed through the Virtual Reality Software or otherwise with the
Software is the property of the applicable owner and may be protected by
applicable copyright or other law. This License gives you no rights, title,
or interest to Content (including without limitation Content that you post
or create on the PlanetVirtuel Virtual Reality community server) except the limited license to use the Virtual Reality Software as described above.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY.  THE VIRTUAL REALITY SOFTWARE, AND ANY SERVICES THAT
YOU RECEIVE FROM PLANETVIRTUEL, INTERNET CYBERSOCIETY, ARE PROVIDED "AS IS."  AWLD and PLANETVIRTUEL STUDIOS HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL
EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF
MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.  You assume the entire risk as to the quality and
performance of the Virtual Reality Software. PlanetVirtuel Studios assumes no liability for
the cost of any service or repair if the Software is
defective. Further, you assume the responsibility of, and any costs or
liability associated with, making a connection (by any means) to the PlanetVirtuel community Server, and you understand that the Virtual Reality Software will not
operate without such a connection.

PlanetVirtuel Studios exercises no screening, editorial, or other control over Content
available to you through your use of the Virtual Reality Software, and
Content may include material that could be deemed distasteful, misleading,
inaccurate, offensive, pornographic or otherwise objectionable. Furthermore,
use of the Virtual Reality Software does not guarantee any privacy or
confidentiality of any Content you post or make available through the
Software and PlanetVirtuel Studios assumes no responsibility or liability for the
preservation of such Content and may modify or remove it at PlanetVirtuel Studio's sole
discretion. You hereby release PlanetVirtuel Studios from any and all liability for all
claims related to Content as well as claims related to the security or level
of privacy provided. If you are a minor, you MUST obtain permission from your 
parent(s) or guardian(s) to install this Virtual Reality software, and they will take 
full responsibility for all obligations under this Agreement. You are liable 
for all activities conducted through the Account, and parents or guardians are 
liable for the activities of their child.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES AND UNDER NO LEGAL THEORY, TORT, CONTRACT, STRICT
LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, SHALL AWLD OR ITS LICENSORS, SUPPLIERS OR
RESELLERS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY OTHER PERSON FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL,
INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES
FOR LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF GOODWILL, WORK STOPPAGE, COMPUTER FAILURE OR
MALFUNCTION, OR ANY AND ALL OTHER COMMERCIAL DAMAGES OR LOSSES. IN NO EVENT
WILL PLANETVIRTUEL STUDIOS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES IN EXCESS OF AWLD LIST PRICE FOR A
LICENSE TO THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF PLANETVIRTUEL STUDIOS SHALL HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE
POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

TERMINATION.  PlanetVirtuel Studios may, at its sole discretion, terminate this Agreement,
the license granted herein, and your right to use or access the Software, or the PlanetVirtuel Virtual Reality community server at any time. On termination, you must
destroy all copies of the Software.

ARBITRATION.  Any claim alleging a violation of any duty incident to this
Agreement, or your use of the Virtual Reality Software, or arising out of
any transaction occurring in the Virtual Reality community of PlanetVirtuel, Internet Cybersociety, irrespective of the legal theory
asserted, is subject to binding arbitration.  This means that both sides
give  up all rights to a jury or court trial.  The arbitration will take
place, at your choice, either on-line before the PlanetVirtuel Tribunal, or
before a panel of arbitrators at the American Arbitration Association
offices in Birmingham, Alabama. In the latter instance, both sides shall
pay half of the fees and  expenses associated with the arbitration
proceeding itself, but each side shall be responsible for all costs
associated with traveling to the site of the arbitration, preparing for the
arbitration, and hiring counsel, if desired.  In both cases, both sides
shall select an arbitrator from a randomly generated list of available
arbitrators, and those two arbitrators shall select a third.
No punitive or consequent damages (including without limitation statutory
"multiplied," e.g. treble, damages) shall be awarded and the arbitrators
shall be made aware of this limitation.

EXPORT CONTROLS.  None of the Virtual Reality Software, or underlying
information or technology may be downloaded or otherwise exported or
re-exported (i) into (or to a national or resident of) Cuba, Iraq, Libya,
Yugoslavia, North Korea, Iran, Syria or any other country to which the U.S.
has embargoed goods; or (ii) into any country in which the U.S. has
embargoed goods, or to anyone on the U.S. Treasury Department's list of
Specially Designated Nationals or the U.S. Commerce Department's Table of
Deny Orders. By downloading or using the Virtual Reality Software, you are agreeing to the
foregoing and you are representing and warranting that you are not located
in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any such country or
on any such list.

MISCELLANEOUS.  This Agreement represents the complete license agreement and
supersedes all prior agreements and representations and may only be amended
by a writing executed by the parties. If any provision of this Agreement is
held to be unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be reformed
only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable. This Agreement shall be
governed by and construed under Alabama law.

U.S. GOVERNMENT RESTRICTED RIGHTS.  Use, duplication or disclosure by the
Government is subject to restrictions set forth in subparagraphs (a) through
(d) of the Commercial Computer-Restricted Rights clause at FAR 52.227-19
when applicable, or in subparagraph (c)(1)(ii) of the Rights in Technical
Data and Computer Software clause in DFARS 252.227-7013, and in similar
clauses in the NASA FAR Supplement.

PlanetVirtuel Studios has carefully developed the following content guidelines to promote the free-flowing exchange of ideas regarding your interests, activities and hobbies, while maintaining standards consistent with the Virtual Reality community and the societies of the world. PlanetVirtuel, Internet Cybersociety does not discriminate based on sex, age, gender, sexual orientation, ethnicity, culture, religion or socio-economic status.

Please refrain from using the Virtual Reality community of PlanetVirtuel,Internet Cybersociety for the following activities:

1. Displaying material containing nudity, pornography, or sexual material of a lewd, lecherous or obscene nature and intent or that violate local, state and national laws.

2. Providing material that is grossly offensive to the online community, including blatant expressions of bigotry, prejudice, racism, hatred or excessive profanity.

3. Promoting or providing instructional information about illegal activities. Promoting physical harm or injury against any group or individual, or promoting any act of cruelty to animals. This includes, but is not limited to, the following activities: Providing instructions on how to assemble bombs, grenades and other weapons.

4. Covering excessive amounts of land in any of the PlanetVirtuel Virtual Reality public building Planets, including Voodoo, by any means including bots, keyboard macros, or even manual building. Please limit land claiming to land which you can directly use to build on yourself. "Excessive" land claiming is defined as any area greater than 1/10th of a square kilometer, or 10 cells by 10 cells.

We reserve the right to suspend or remove any Universes, Worlds, Avatars, objects, sequences, sounds, textures, graphics, or properties from the PlanetVirtuel Virtual Reality community which is brought to our attention and which we find, in our sole discretion, violates any of these content guidelines or otherwise is in violation of the law.

PlanetVirtuel Studios does not actively monitor the content of the Universes, Planets, or Worlds in the PlanetVirtuel Virtual Reality community, but we will investigate complaints of violation of these guidelines.

Users who are in violation of the PlanetVirtuel Studios Virtual Reality community Content Guidelines may have their membership revoked, services cancelled and their Virtual Reality planets or Properties, or portions of their properties, removed without warning; in which event PlanetVirtuel Studios will not return the removed properties or Virtual Reality planets to the offending member.

PlanetVirtuel Studios is not responsible or liable for any loss of data resulting from our deletion of Virtual Reality planets or properties, network or system outages, file corruption or any other reasons.

The opinions and views expressed in the PlanetVirtuel, Internet Cybersociety Virtual Reality community do not necessarily reflect those of PlanetVirtuel Studios. The contents of the Virtual Reality planets are not reviewed in any way before they appear in the PlanetVirtuel Galaxy.

PlanetVirtuel Studios is not responsible for the content in any of the Virtual Reality planets. Users are solely responsible for their properties, and everything contained in their own planets. PlanetVirtuel Studios does not verify, endorse or otherwise vouch for the contents of any Virtual Reality Planet. Users may be held legally liable for the contents of their planets.

PlanetVirtuel Studios is not responsible for the delivery of any goods or services sold or advertised through its sponsors in the Virtual Reality planets.

PlanetVirtuel Studios also reserves the following rights:

To amend or change the PlanetVirtuel Studios Virtual Reality community Content Guidelines or End User License Agreement at any time and without notice. To release current or past member information if PlanetVirtuel Studios believes that a member's account is in violation of the PlanetVirtuel Studios Virtual Reality community Content Guidelines or End User License Agreement, is being used to commit unlawful acts, if the information is subpoenaed and/or if PlanetVirtuel Studios deems it necessary and/or appropriate. To deny membership to serious or repeat offenders of the PlanetVirtuel Studios Content Guidelines or End User License Agreement. To remove members for conduct that PlanetVirtuel Studios believes is harmful to other members, to non-members or to PlanetVirtuel Studios as a business.

PlanetVirtuel Studios makes no guarantee of availability of service and reserves the right to change, withdraw, suspend, or discontinue any functionality or feature of the Virtual Reality community of PlanetVirtuel, Internet Cybersociety.

In no event will PlanetVirtuel Studios be liable for any damages, including, without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the use of or inability to use the PlanetVirtuel Virtual Reality community or any content therein. This disclaimer applies, without limitation, to any damages or injury, whether for breach of contract, tort, or otherwise, caused by any failure of performance; error; omission; interruption; deletion; defect; delay in operation or transmission; computer virus; file corruption; communication-line failure; network or system outage; or theft, destruction, unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of any record.

The following constitute the general rules of behaviour while visiting the Virtual Reality community of PlanetVirtuel, Internet Cybersociety in Public meeting areas (areas within 400 meters of ground zero). Please read these thoroughly.

Please do not insult other tourists or avatar citizens by use of inflammatory or offensive statements or images. We ask that you refrain from expressions of bigotry, racism, hatred, or profanity. Please do not harass other avatars, including verbal abuse or personal attacks. 
Please do not engage in racial, religious, ethnic, or sexual slurs, lewd comments, or generally disruptive behaviour in public areas. 
Public meeting areas are not appropriate spaces for cyber-sexual behaviour, sexual orientation discussions or activity. 
The use of all caps is considered shouting, please refrain from using caps unless you are intending to shout. Please refrain from flooding (continuous posting of repetitive text)as this can be annoying to users. 
PlanetVirtuel Studios or its associates reserve the right to enforce compliance with these guidelines, which may include temporary ejection from the Virtual Reality planet.
