In PlanetVirtuel, there are three different support options to choose from:

1. By utilizing the PlanetVirtuel Galaxy Support Library that came
installed with your browser. This is by far the easiest way.

2. By requesting assistance from online planetary staff, staff members
of PlanetVirtuel Studios, or that of an experienced citizen of the planet.

3. By requesting support on the planetary message board.

In order to provide the best possible support remedies for registered
citizens, the "grassroots" approach of in-planet assistance has been
adopted in the Galaxy. Consequently, neither PlanetVirtuel Studios nor
individual Planets offer e-mail or telephone support options.
