Conduct Guidelines

The following constitute the general rules of behaviour
while visiting PlanetVirtuel in Public meeting areas.
(areas within 400 meters of ground zero).
Please read these thoroughly.



Content Guidelines

PlanetVirtuel has carefully developed the following content guidelines
to promote the free-flowing exchange of ideas regarding your
interests, activities and hobbies, while maintaining standards consistent
with the Internet community and the societies of the world. PlanetVirtuel
Studios does not discriminate based on sex, age, gender, sexual
orientation, ethnicity, culture, religion or socio-economic status. 
Please read these thoroughly.

Please refrain from using PlanetVirtuel
for the following activities:

1. Displaying material containing nudity, pornography, or sexual
material of a lewd, lecherous or obscene nature and intent or that
violate local, state and national laws.

2. Providing material that is grossly offensive to the online
community, including blatant expressions of bigotry, prejudice,
racism, hatred or excessive profanity.

3. Promoting or providing instructional information about illegal
activities. Promoting physical harm or injury against any group or
individual, or promoting any act of cruelty to animals. This includes,
but is not limited to, the following activities: Providing instructions on
how to assemble bombs, grenades and other weapons.

4. Covering excessive amounts of land in any of the PlanetVirtuel
public building planets, including but not limited to Virtučl, by any
means including bots, keyboard macros, or even manual building.
Please limit land claiming to land which you can directly use to build
on yourself. "Excessive" land claiming is defined as any area greater
than the MAXIMUM amount of land that can be claimed at one
building site, which is four (4) walk028h.rwx type pieces long,
by four (4) walk028h.rwx panels wide.

5. Using excessive action commands, and/or importing graphics or
sound files of excessive quantity or file size. Properties that are in
violation of Galaxy or Planetary building code, and/or those who
negatively effect the performance of other users, will be demolished
and deleted without notice by the Demolition bots.

We reserve the right to suspend or remove any world, objects or
properties from the PlanetVirtuel Galaxy which is brought to our
attention and which we find, in our sole discretion, violates any of
these content guidelines or otherwise is in violation of the law.

PlanetVirtuel Studios does not actively monitor the content of the
worlds in PlanetVirtuel, but we will investigate complaints of
violation of these guidelines.

Please submit any such complaints to .

Users who are in violation of the PlanetVirtuel Content Guidelines
may have their membership revoked, services cancelled and their
worlds or properties, or portions of their properties, removed without
warning; in which event PlanetVirtuel Studios will not return the
removed properties or Worlds to the offending member.

PlanetVirtuel Studios is not responsible or liable for any loss of data
resulting from our deletion of worlds or properties, network or system
outages, file corruption or any other reasons.

The opinions and views expressed in the PlanetVirtuel Galaxy do not
necessarily reflect those of PlanetVirtuel Studios. The contents of the
worlds are not reviewed in any way before they appear in the
PlanetVirtuel Galaxy.

PlanetVirtuel Studios is not responsible for the content in any of the
worlds. Users are solely responsible for their properties, and everything
contained in their own worlds. PlanetVirtuel Studios does not verify,
endorse or otherwise vouch for the contents of any world. Users may
be held legally liable for their content.

PlanetVirtuel Studios is not responsible for the delivery of any goods
or services sold or advertised through its sponsors in the worlds.

PlanetVirtuel Studios also reserves the following rights:

To amend or change the PlanetVirtuel Content Guidelines or
End User License Agreement at any time and without notice. To
release current or past member information if PlanetVirtuel Studios
believes that a member's account is in violation of the PlanetVirtuel
Content Guidelines or End User License Agreement, is being used to
commit unlawful acts, if the information is subpoenaed and/or if
PlanetVirtuel Studios deems it necessary and/or appropriate. To
deny membership to serious or repeat offenders of the PlanetVirtuel
Content Guidelines or End User License Agreement. To remove
members for conduct that PlanetVirtuel Studios believes is
harmful to other members, to non-members or to
PlanetVirtuel Studios as a business.

PlanetVirtuel Studios makes no guarantee of availability of service
and reserves the right to change, withdraw, suspend, or discontinue
any functionality or feature of PlanetVirtuel.

In no event will PlanetVirtuel Studios be liable for any damages,
including, without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential,
or punitive damages arising out of the use of or inability to use PlanetVirtuel or
any content therein. This disclaimer applies, without limitation, to any damages
or injury, whether for breach of contract, tort, or otherwise, caused by any
failure of performance; error; omission; interruption; deletion; defect; delay
in operation or transmission; computer virus; file corruption; communication-line
failure; network or system outage; or theft, destruction, unauthorized access
to, alteration of, or use of any record.
